Grean Boss is for removing stains caused by algae & mildew that grow during wet periods.

During wet weather, green algae will grow on patios, terraces & garden paths around your property. If left untreated, these paved areas become slippery.

Grean Boss is for removing stains caused by green algae around your property. Grean Boss will remove these stains within 3-5 days of application, without the need to pressure wash.

Grean Boss can also be used on other green growth that grows between joints and in shady areas.

Grean Boss is a spray-and-leave treatment to help you maintain your outdoor surfaces from green growth during the winter months.

Coverage

· 5 Liters (diluted up to 5:1) – treats up to 125m²

· For heavy application: dilute 1:2 with water to treat up to 75m²

· For light application: dilute 1:3 with water to treat up to 100m²

Application Instructions

1. Choose a dry day with no rain forecast for at least 48 hours.

2. Fill a 5–7 liter pump-up garden sprayer with 2 liters of clean water, then add 1 liter of Grean Boss (to avoid bubbling, always add the product after the water).

3. Apply generously to an area no larger than 15m² at a time, ensuring the green stains are completely saturated.

4. Repeat the process for larger areas.

5. Leave the treatment to work over the next 3-5 days — green stains will gradually break down and disappear as natural weathering takes effect.

6. For shaded or north-facing areas where green stains may return, simply re-treat locally as needed.

Directions

1. Use neat – DO NOT DILUTE – Pour our solution into a pneumatic garden sprayer. (A ‘Hozelock’ 5L or 7L sprayer or similar is recommended. Do not use a small trigger sprayer.) Pressurise the sprayer.
2. Apply the product as a fine mist to a dry surface, and saturate the surface.
3. If you have not used the product before. Treat just one slab first. The older the stone, the more treatments it will require. The product will remove every single last spot. By completing one slab first, this will give you an indication of how many treatments your stone will require. Only when you have removed all the black spots from the first slab, continue with the rest of the area.
4. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED COVERAGE OF 5 SQM PER EACH 1L OF PRODUCT.
5. Once applied, allow to cure for a period of 2 hours.
6. Remove using a pressure washer. Use the fan jet attachment to sweep the dirt away. Other attachments such as circular spinning attachments will not give you the best results.
7. Any black spots that remain, simply retreat (when the surface is dry) allow to cure for 1 hour then wash off.
8. Repeat this process until no black spots remain.
9. Apply the Patio Black Spot Preventer 11-12 months later. Do not seal the patio.

Exceeding the recommended coverage rate will reduce the performance of this product. Coverage will vary depending on surface porosity and profile, e.g when treating sloping areas or riven surface, beware of surface run off and retreat as necessary to ensure correct coverage.

The Patio Black Spot Remover is quickly and readily biodegradable. The effluent if washed into soil, flower beds or lawn will breakdown rapidly. This product will not affect surrounding lawns or foliage in diluted state. Keep animals and unprotected persons off the treated area until dry.

Ensure product doesn’t come into contact with skin, eyes or respiratory tract. In the event product does comes into direct contact with the body, immediately rinse with water. Ensure this product does not come into contact with fabrics or furnishings.
