Bring Your Patio Back to Life
Over time, patios can become dull, weathered, and slippery as dirt & grime ruin the appearance. Organic staining builds up on the surface and becomes stubborn. Regular pressure washing alone often isn't enough to remove this, leaving your patio looking tired, neglected.
Our Patio Cleaner is a professional-strength outdoor cleaner specially formulated to break down stubborn dirt and organic staining before you use your pressure washing. Instead of relying on pressure alone, the advanced formula penetrates deep into the surface, loosening built-up grime so it's much easier to remove. After the two-hour dwell time, a light pressure wash is all that's needed to rinse away the loosened residue and reveal a cleaner, brighter patio.
Whether you're refreshing your patio after winter, getting your backyard ready for summer, or maintaining your outdoor living space throughout the year, this Patio Cleaner helps you achieve professional-looking results with less time and effort.

How to Use Patio Cleaner
What You'll Need
- A 5–7 liter (1½–2 gallon) pump-up garden sprayer
- A pressure washer
We recommend wearing old clothes and waterproof boots during application.
Step 1 – Test on a Trial Slab
Before treating the entire patio, apply Patio Cleaner to one slab first. Allow the product to work.
Step 2 – Apply the Product
Using a pump sprayer, thoroughly saturate the patio surface with the Patio Cleaner.
Step 3 – Let It Work
Leave the product on the surface for approximately 2 hours.
As it works the Patio Cleaner penetrates the surface and breaks down dirt, algae, mold, mildew, and other organic buildup. You should notice a color change within 10 minutes if enough product has been applied.
Step 4 – Pressure Wash
Rinse the treated area using a pressure washer to remove the loosened buildup and reveal a cleaner, brighter finish.
Step 5 – Re-Treat if Needed
Older patios or heavily stained surfaces may require additional treatments to achieve the best possible results. Continue treating your test area so you can see the result that's achievable before cleaning the entire patio.
